I welcome today’s initial statement by the German FN on the accusations made against my person and my stable in the RTL TV-report of 11 January.

In the statement of the Secretary General of the German Equestrian Federation, Soenke Lauterbach, the German FN is taking a very differentiated approach to the original footage and is addressing the topic of “touching”, which I am firmly convinced can be seen in the cuttings. Of course, we will actively approach our professional association in order to explain the video recordings from our side and to comment on the accusations. For this, it is necessary that we can view the original footage and not talk about edited scenes.

In the course of further in-depth discussion on the issue, it will become necessary for the national federation to define their finale positioning.
